Class Schedule.

Whether you're an early riser looking to kickstart your day with a morning workout or prefer unwinding after a long day with an evening class, we have options to suit every lifestyle.

Class Styles.

Strength Training.

Build functional strength and improve muscle tone with our strength sessions that are suitable for all fitness levels.

Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Cardiovascular Training.

Get your heart rate up with our cardio sessions where you can expect a mix of cardio exercises help improve your heart health.

Schedule: Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training).

Experience the ultimate calorie burn and endorphin release with our HIIT session. Alternating between bursts of exercise and short rest periods, our HIIT session is the perfect way to start your weekend!

Schedule: Saturdays.

  • It can be scary to show up for your first session, but trust us when we say you'll soon feel at ease. Even if you come alone, you won't feel out of place since everyone here is kind and welcoming.

  • We understand how you feel because everyone, including our coaches, was once a learner. Get the most out of every session with the help of our experienced coaches, who will put you at ease and make sure you know all you need to know.

  • How many people are in a session will largely depend on what time of day you go.

    The 9:30am and 6:30pm sessions are our quietest sessions, with about 6-12 members attending. These sessions allow our coaches to devote more time to each participant because of the intimate setting.

    Whereas the 6:30am session often has 25-35 regulars and tends to be more sociable and have a lot more energy!
